Sunder (सुंदर), the Brave Bunny

Sunder was munching on a slice of apple when two boy deer walked up to him.

The deer got very close to him, but Sunder remained unafraid.

Sunder grabbed his slice of apple and ran away from the greedy deer. “The human gave me this slice of apple. It’s mine.”

The deer towered over Sunder, demanding his apple. So, Sunder ate faster.

There were now three deer around him, but brave Sunder stood his ground.

The human gave another sliced apple to the three young deer so that they would leave Sunder alone.

Quickly finishing his apple, brave Sunder went back to eating grass with his bunny friend, Timur the Lame.

Timur has a gibbled leg and likes to lounge in the grass when she is not eating.

Sunder likes eating. Carrots! Nom nom…

…and even birdseed…yum!

Brave Sunder is not afraid of deer, or humans, or birds.
